Currently working as a chef and consultant, Tássia is constantly innovating the culinary scene with original ideas.

Her most recent awards were won with her restaurant Nelita, which ranked 21st in the international 50th Best Latin America awards, and also received the title of best restaurant according to O Melhor de São Paulo (2023) from Folha de SP newspaper. In addition, she was recognized by La Liste, a French list that highlights outstanding restaurants and chefs, as the recipient of the “New Talent Award 2023,” which honors promising chefs shaping the future of gastronomy.

From the history and memories of chef Tássia Magalhães comes another gem from the Paraíba Valley, a menu filled with emotional, cultural, and gastronomic references from the region where she was born and raised. With the delicacy and sophistication that are her trademarks, Tássia combines the Italian DNA of her signature cuisine with the use of local ingredients.

In an open kitchen composed exclusively of women, you can witness the true ballet of the cooks during preparation, adding a welcoming touch to Nelita. The restaurant also benefits from the talent of Danyel Steinle, a hospitality expert, who carefully curates the wine list.
