Currently working as a chef and consultant, Tássia is constantly innovating the culinary scene with original ideas.
Her most recent awards were won with her restaurant Nelita, which ranked 26st in the international 50th Best Latin America awards, and also received the title of best restaurant according to O Melhor de São Paulo (2023) from Folha de SP newspaper. In addition, she was recognized by La Liste, a French list that highlights outstanding restaurants and chefs, as the recipient of the “New Talent Award 2023,” which honors promising chefs shaping the future of gastronomy.
